Our company acquires, improves and actively manages manufactured housing communities in the southeastern United States. We currently own and operate seven properties totaling over 340 pads in North and South Carolina. Our goal is to grow to over 1,000 pads under management within the next 3 years. We are actively seeking to acquire properties in excess of 25 pads that would benefit from hands on, institutional quality management.
